Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Perennial Landscape, we strive to provide the highest quality landscaping services. We understand that schedules and plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Service Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel scheduled services by giving at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the appointment time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the scheduled service cost.

  • For large-scale or custom projects (e.g., garden redesign, patio construction), cancellations made after work has begun will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule an appointment once without any charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Multiple reschedules or short-notice changes may incur an additional service fee.

3. Refunds

  • Prepaid services canceled in accordance with our policy will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • No refunds will be provided for services that have already been rendered.

  • In case of dissatisfaction, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours of the service so we can address your concerns. We may offer partial refunds or corrective services at our discretion.

4. Force Majeure

Perennial Landscape shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions). In such cases, services will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
